مستوحى من نكهة الآيس كريم الصيفية المفضلة لدينا، قمنا بمزج شاي أولونغ الخفيف والكريمي بشكل طبيعي مع لمسة من الكركديه الحامض، ثم زيناه بالكرز الموريلو الحلو والحامض العصير.
The tart hibiscus really balances the sweetness of the cherry, and the oolong stays creamy without being heavy. I brewed it hot the first time and iced it the next day—both worked perfectly. Definitely my new afternoon pick-me-up.
The creamy oolong base is so smooth that the sour cherry kick sneaks up on you at the end, just like the ice cream it’s named after. Brews a beautiful light amber and the hibiscus gives it a lovely pink tint. I’ve already reordered a second bag for the summer.
The tart hibiscus hits right after that smooth oolong creaminess, and the sour cherry comes through without being candy-sweet. I’ve been craving this every afternoon since the bag arrived.
