Gulerodskage Matcha

I was skeptical about matcha tasting like dessert, but the spiced cake notes really come through without being overly sweet. The caffeine kick is gentle enough for an afternoon cup, and it's become my cozy treat after lunch.

The creamy frosting sweetness hits first, then the warm carrot cake spice settles in—it's like dessert in a cup without the heaviness. I've been reaching for this on slow afternoons when I need a little comfort with my caffeine fix.

The frosting-like sweetness is what sold me — it’s rich but not cloying, and the spice blend sneaks in right at the end. I’ve been drinking it as my afternoon pick-me-up and the caffeine hit is just enough to get me through the slump.
