The aniseed sweetness is definitely the star here—it’s almost dessert-like, but the black tea keeps it grounded enough for an afternoon cup. I do wish the roasted dandelion root came through a bit stronger, though. Medium caffeine level means I can enjoy it after lunch without lying awake later.
