The pear and apple notes taste just like a proper cold cider, but it’s so comforting as a hot brew on a chilly evening. Caffeine-free means I can sip it late without worrying about sleep, and the crisp finish really nails that boozy feel without the hangover.

That crisp pear flavor really comes through, and knowing it’s caffeine-free means I can sip it guilt-free in the evening while pretending it’s a proper cider. The brew smells just like a fresh orchard, which is a lovely touch.

The tart apple notes hit first, then that soft pear sweetness lingers—it’s like drinking a crisp cider without any of the guilt or hangover. I’m two cups in this afternoon and can’t get over how refreshing it is even cold brewed.
