Thé Angélique Lift Me Up

The underground dash between meetings is no joke, but this tea keeps my head clear without that jittery edge. I love that the yerba mate caffeine hits fast enough to power through the bright light chaos. Definitely my new go-to for staying cool when London gets loud.

It’s genuinely saved me during my morning scramble to the tube—the yerba mate buzz is smooth but steady, no jittery crash like coffee. I’d say it kicks in within fifteen minutes, which is perfect for those bright-light, head-down commutes. I’m already on my second bag.

The caffeine kick from the yerba mate is smooth, not jittery, which is exactly what I need when the bright flashes of the city start to overwhelm me. It keeps me focused through the chaos without that harsh crash later.
