Inspiré par notre parfum de glace préféré de l'été, nous avons mélangé un Oolong naturellement léger et crémeux avec une touche d'hibiscus acidulé, puis l'avons garni de cerises griottes juteuses, à la fois sucrées et acidulées.
The tart hibiscus really balances the sweetness of the cherry, and the oolong stays creamy without being heavy. I brewed it hot the first time and iced it the next day—both worked perfectly. Definitely my new afternoon pick-me-up.
The creamy oolong base is so smooth that the sour cherry kick sneaks up on you at the end, just like the ice cream it’s named after. Brews a beautiful light amber and the hibiscus gives it a lovely pink tint. I’ve already reordered a second bag for the summer.
The tart hibiscus hits right after that smooth oolong creaminess, and the sour cherry comes through without being candy-sweet. I’ve been craving this every afternoon since the bag arrived.
