The lime and peppermint hit you right away, but the green tea keeps it grounded instead of tasting like a candy. I made a big pitcher of it iced for a brunch and everyone asked what was in it. Low caffeine means I can sip it after dinner without lying awake.
I brew this after lunch every day now, and the peppermint really cools things down while the green tea keeps it light. Low caffeine means I can even have a cup late afternoon without messing up my sleep. This is my go-to gift for friends who need a little refresh.
The peppermint hits first and then the lime comes through clean on the finish—it’s genuinely refreshing without being too sweet. I’ve been brewing it iced in the afternoons and the low caffeine means I can sip it past 3pm without any jitters.
