I was nervous the smoke would overpower the bergamot, but the balance is spot on—floral and citrus up front with a deep, woodsy finish that lingers. The Sri Lankan black tea base gives it a smooth, full body that works great with a splash of milk in the afternoon.

That smoky Lapsang Souchong base gives this tea a depth I wasn’t expecting — the citrus bergamot cuts through just enough to keep it bright. Brewed it strong this morning and the cup lasted me half the day, which is rare for me.
