The chocolate comes through as this deep, cozy warmth rather than anything sweet, which pairs perfectly with the black tea base. I've been having it every afternoon this week, and that velvety cocoa shell finish makes it feel way more indulgent than a regular cuppa.
Cocoa shells really do the heavy lifting here—that chocolate note is rich but not syrupy, and it lingers nicely after each sip. I’ve been reaching for this every afternoon when I need a sweet pick-me-up without actual dessert, and the black tea base keeps it from feeling too heavy.
The velvety chocolate kick hits right after the black tea bitterness, and it's smooth enough to skip sugar entirely. I've been brewing a cup every afternoon this week and it's become my little ritual break that actually feels decadent.
