Sussex Sea Swim Thee

The caffeine kick from the white tea base is just right for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, and the pink cornflowers give it a lovely, subtle floral taste. It brews up a pale golden cup that smells like a breezy day by the coast.

The mallow blossoms actually hold their color even after steeping, which makes the cup look like a tiny tide pool. It's become my afternoon ritual—light caffeine kick without the jitters, and a flavor that's more subtle and calming than I expected.

The mallow blossoms and pink cornflowers make this white tea look almost too pretty to steep, but once it’s in the cup it’s got a gentle, clean taste that’s perfect for a foggy morning. I’ve already gone through half the pouch in a week.
