Svart te | Inneholder koffein
Denne fyldige svarte teen er blandet med brente kaffebønner, inspirert av den klassiske italienske kaffebaserte desserten Affogato, som tradisjonelt serveres som et shot espresso over en kule vaniljeis.
The roasted coffee beans give it this deep, almost dessert-like richness that’s surprisingly smooth with the black tea base. I brew it in the afternoon when I want a little caffeine kick but something more interesting than plain tea. This is my new favorite way to end a meal.
I was skeptical about mixing tea and coffee, but the roasted coffee beans add such a deep, toasty layer to the black tea that it’s become my afternoon ritual. Steeped for four minutes with a splash of milk, it’s like a cozy affogato in a cup without the espresso jitter.
The roasted coffee beans give this tea a deep, almost dessert-like richness that’s perfect for a slow afternoon. I’ve been brewing it a bit cooler than usual to keep the caffeine from getting too sharp, and it’s honestly become my go-to mug.
