Pu'erh tea | Medium caffeine
Previously known as Winter is Coming, fiery ginger & warming chilli work in harmony with cool peppermint to harness the power within. This complex & delicious blend will help you weather any storm.
The chilli heat lingers just long enough before the peppermint cools everything down—it’s like drinking a campfire in the best way. I keep reaching for this pu’erh on cold afternoons and the medium caffeine level is perfect for a steady, focused work session.
The ginger and chilli warmth creeps up right after the cool peppermint hits, so it’s like a slow burn that keeps me sipping well past the first cup. Perfect for a chilly afternoon when I need a medium caffeine lift without the jitters.
The balance is genuinely impressive—the peppermint cools your mouth right as the ginger starts to warm things up, and the chilli just adds a gentle tingle at the end. Brewed it for about three minutes and it held up beautifully through three steepings.
