Juhlakausi on täällä, ja on aika vatkata matcha-taikaa! Inspiraationa suosikkijoululeivonnaisemme, jota rakastamme valmistaa käsin juhla-aikaan, Yule Log on täyteläinen, suklainen matchajauhe, jossa on kermaisen voikreemin vivahteita. Kuin matcha-kuumaa kaakaota, mutta jouluisella kierteellä!
Tämä matchapussi sisältää 30 g matchaa, noin 30 kuppia.
Whisking this up on a cold afternoon genuinely felt like a holiday ritual, and the rich, cozy vibe carried right through to the last sip. The caffeine kick was perfect for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up without any jitters. I’ve already got a second bag on order, it’s that good.
The festive twist is spot on—it captures that Christmas bake vibe without being overly sweet, and the matcha itself is smooth and rich. Whisked up a cup this morning and it genuinely felt like a holiday treat, even with the caffeine kick.
The chocolate and matcha combo tastes exactly like a yule log in liquid form, and it’s become my daily afternoon ritual with a splash of oat milk. Whisking it up feels properly festive, and the caffeine kick gets me through the holiday chaos without the usual jitters.
