スペアミント歯磨き茶

The caffeine-free part is what sold me, and the subtle sweetness really does live up to the description. I’ve been sipping it after dinner as a little ritual, and my mouth feels genuinely clean and fresh without that harsh fluoride tang.

The spearmint comes through clean and bright without any of that cloying fluoride taste I usually fight with herbal teas. Caffeine-free means I can sip it during my afternoon break and still sleep like a baby, that subtle sweetness is the real kicker.

That nighttime cup leaves my mouth genuinely clean, that subtle spearmint sweetness is a nice surprise. I’ve switched from my usual tea and waking up without that dry film is a win.
