Sneeuwbal Sticky Chai

The little chunks of tea and honey make it feel more like a treat than a brew. It’s properly sticky and chocolatey, and one cup genuinely warms you from the inside out on a cold afternoon.

It’s genuinely sweet and chocolatey, not just a hint—the stickiness coats the spoon and makes the whole kitchen smell like winter. I’ve been brewing it every cold afternoon and it’s become my little ritual, though I do wish the jar was bigger because it’s going fast.

The batch I got is properly sticky and dense, so a little spoonful in hot milk melts into a rich, chocolatey drink that warms you right up. It's got a proper caffeine kick too, which I needed on a cold morning.
